How does the service work?
The main software and data required to build your site are
stored on our server, and the web pages are built dynamically.
The pages created are stored on the server, so they can
be read by all the search engines.
What do I have to do to run the web-site?
We host and maintain the site for you. All you have to do
is Customise the site to your satisfaction, and add images,
ads, or copy, dependant on the type of site you are using.
Can I take orders over the internet ?
You can take orders over the internet using the Professional
service.
How do I take payments over the internet?
There are specialist companies who will take the payments
for you on a secure line. We have designed the Professional
service to incorporate with "paypal" to take on-line
payments. Paypal is recognised and trusted  worldwide.
How do I use my PAYPAL account to take orders ?
You will need a Paypal business account to be able to take
orders on-line. The accounts are FREE to set up, and secure
to operate. To use the service, enter your Paypal reference
in the "order" page of your site manager, along
with the pricing details, the software will then generate
the links for you.
How soon after setting up my site will
it be visible on the internet ?
Your site will be live as soon as it is set up.
Are there any restrictions to what I can put on my web-site?
We do not allow any illegal material to be put on our servers.
We do not host adult web sites. The site cannot be used
for video streaming or downloads.
Do you provide any support for the service?
There is a comprehensive support database on the control
panel, this should cover most problems. We have a support
web-site, www.managemysite.co.uk, which has more info on
building and maintaining your site. We also supply an e-mail
support service.
Can I change from monthly payments to yearly payments
?
Yes you can change at any time. You must first let us know
that you are making the changes, then you can cancel the
existing payments, and set up the new payments on the "payment"
page of the site.
Can I up-grade from the Standard service
to the Professional service ?
No. The two services are similar, but due to the different
number of pages and galleries, the two can't be inter-changed.
